Pacific Coast Fruit Products Ltd. External Announcement: Appointment of CEO
Abbotsford, BC – The Board of Directors of Pacific Coast Fruit Products (PCFP) is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Elliott as the Chief Executive Officer, effective January 6, 2025. The CEO role is a newly created position at PCFP. Danielle Pearson, President of PCFP, continues in her role. Both Danielle and Depak Parmar, CFO of PCFP, will report to Andrew.

Andrew Elliott is a highly successful CEO and leader who delivers impressive top and bottom-line growth. With a diverse professional background that spans publicly owned, nationally branded, and entrepreneurial privately held organizations, Andrew has consistently driven top-line revenue through new customer acquisition and geographic expansion while achieving consistent profitability growth.
Before joining Pacific Coast Fruit Products, Andrew served as the CEO of Foley’s Chocolates in Richmond. His career also includes leading the fruit and nut business unit of Golden Boy Foods and nearly a decade with Coca-Cola Bottling Company.
Andrew has a proven history of managing complex product portfolios while limiting commodity-associated risk and achieving world-class customer service. He brings a deep knowledge of sales, operations, supply chain and food safety, but is most passionate about identifying and developing teams and talent and creating a positive and high-performing workplace culture.
Andrew is married to Lorraine and is the proud father to three adult children and has a dog named Oscar. He is a lifelong learner and loves reading, the arts, and exploring new countries and cultures. Andrew is passionate about the outdoors and can often be found hiking or biking in the mountains near his home.
