At Pacific Coast Fruit Products quality begins even before the harvest starts. Early in the cultivation stage our grower liaison works closely with the local growers, ensuring proper soil management, plant protection and post-harvest handling, packing and storing of fruit according to Global G.A.P. standards.

During the harvest seasons, all incoming fruit from local growers and vendors abroad is inspected, graded and reviewed by our analytical and microbiological laboratory making sure only the finest ingredients are used in production. Throughout processing, quality of the product is continuously monitored up to and including the final lot inspection, verifying that every batch is within our internal and customer’s specifications. Immediately after processing, all products are frozen and maintained in a climate controlled environment to retain superior color and flavor.

Adhering to the highest standard of food safety and quality, Pacific Coast Fruit Products is annually audited by the leading certifying bodies for food Safety and best practices, such as FSSC 22000, NOP/COR organic (ECOCERT), and kosher. We are constantly working on improving our quality, efficiency, and safety of our products, ensuring that we continue to meet our customer’s highest expectations.
